For years now, at Arzuaga we’ve known that social media are a fundamental channel that enables you to come to ‘our house’ through a screen. Everyone who follows us via our profiles on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram knows that, taking this into account, our social media are the perfect place to learn everything about Arzuaga. The latest news, information, videos from our team, photos from events… we love sharing our everyday lives with you!
While it’s true that social media are important for staying in direct contact with you no matter where you are in the world, during the lockdown situation, they’ve become essential for being able to reach you after we had to close the doors to our wine tourism complex.
In this post, we’d like to thank you for the warm reception you’ve shown the initiative we here at Arzuaga have launched since the lockdown began. Over two months, we’ve seen our followers on social media grow… by 4,000 people!
But which initiatives are we referring to? In another post on our blog, we talked to you about the live stories we’ve done during these weeks via our Instagram profile, although our communication on social media has involved other ideas as well. For example, we wanted you to be able to put faces to the names at Arzuaga and the family behind the brand. So, we’ve shared video tastings recorded by different members of the winery team from their homes. Ignacio, the managing director; Javier, the sales manager; Adolfo, the winemaker; and Javier, the cellarman, have tasted and shared with you the characteristics of nearly all our wines. We can’t hold tastings in person, but we think this new format can help you learn about wine and have a nice time.
Also, we’ve seen your photos and it makes us so happy to see that you’re enjoying special moments with Arzuaga! And, of course, we’ve also wanted to do a toast with you, through a video where our team has shown their more personal side, telling us about how this situation has been for them. As we know that many of you have turned into dab hands in the kitchen, we’ve encouraged you to adapt some recipes from Taller.
That’s why we’d like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the support you’ve given us and the interest you’ve shown in all the actions we’re carrying out on social media. We keep making new friends in this virtual world, and we’re sure that very soon we’ll all be doing a toast together.
