This is probably the news we were most looking forward to sharing with you since the state of alarm started. It’s been a tough few months and difficult weeks where we’ve worked and strived to keep giving you our best, although it’s also been a period where we’ve definitely missed you a lot. We’ve missed you touring our vineyards, sitting at the tables in our restaurants, being wowed by the wildlife on our La Planta estate, relaxing at our spa and unwinding at our hotel. Finally, though, we can give you the best news. In July… we’re back!
We wanted to be cautious and not get ahead of ourselves, always with the aim of being able to guarantee your safety. We’ve done training, we’ve made all our facilities safe and we’re now ready to welcome you to our location in Quintanilla de Onésimo, in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Our winery, traditional restaurant and Hotel & SPA will be open as of 1st July, and we’ll also be relaunching all our wine tourism activities. The truth is that it couldn’t come at a better time: the vineyard is beautiful at this time of year, green, already showing us the first bunches that will turn into the fruit we’ll harvest in the coming weeks. It’s so nice to take a walk among the vines and discover everything they’re hiding, to relax at a spa with views of the vineyard and rest in a five-star hotel surrounded by this lovely Ribera scenery, isn’t it?
We know that you’re wanting to get back to enjoying our gastronomy as well, so we’re also reopening our restaurants so you can sit at our table and choose from among the quality dishes on offer, prepared just for you. Our traditional restaurant will be open from 1st July. We’ll fire up the oven, embers and hobs in our kitchen so you can enjoy dishes such as our roast suckling lamb, skewered suckling lamb, suckling wild boar, cured meats made from Ibérico pork and the best fish.
And, for those of you who’d like to try avant-garde cuisine based on local produce, our Taller Arzuaga restaurant will be open from 3rd July. The reopened restaurant will feature a new menu that will continue to prioritise the quality of the produce and respect in its preparation. You’ll be able to enjoy a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Ribera del Duero once again as of 3rd July.
We can’t wait to welcome you again and walk and toast together in this new phase… Cheers!
