A few weeks ago, we shared some news with you that we were really excited about. Taller Arzuaga achieved the highest accolade that a cutting-edge restaurant can receive: our first Michelin Star. This recognition not only means Taller has earned its place among the cream of the crop of culinary establishments, but it also makes Bodegas Arzuaga the first winery in the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin to have a Michelin Star within in its wine tourism complex.
As those of you who have come to Quintanilla de Onésimo to enjoy the offerings at Taller will know, the restaurant is part of the Grupo Arzuaga facilities. It is managed by Amaya Arzuaga with chef Víctor Gutiérrez as culinary director. Like in all the projects we undertake at Arzuaga, the overarching principle at Taller is quality. Accordingly, here, respect for the product and painstaking care over each preparation come together with special attention given to the aesthetics. There is also a focus on local cuisine, featuring home-grown products such as game from the La Planta estate and our own oils.
To that end, when you come and dine with us, you have the choice of enjoying our Reserva or Gran Reserva menu or, if you prefer, our avant-garde gourmet tapas, as well as other offerings such as wine or oil tastings. Everything takes place in a bright, perfectly designed space overlooking the Ribera del Duero vineyards.
