As you know, the easing of the restrictions arising from the current health situation we’re experiencing allowed us to welcome you again to Arzuaga. After some weeks of forced closure, we opened the doors to our Hotel and Spa again, resumed the wine tourism visits at Bodegas Arzuaga and La Planta estate and started taking orders again at both our traditional restaurant and our Michelin-starred restaurant Taller Arzuaga.
And if we were happy to be able to welcome you in the heart of Ribera del Duero in the days leading up to the reopening, then your response has made us even happier! Many thanks to all of you who have placed your trust in Arzuaga once again and chosen our wine tourism complex to explore this area of Ribera.
For us, it was a real pleasure to see the Taller booking phone light up again and, during your visits, you told us how much you liked the new menu that accompanied this reopening, as well as, of course, the seasonal dishes so carefully prepared by the kitchen team led by our gastronomic advisor, Víctor Gutiérrez.
And what can we say about that feeling of firing up the oven and stove again at our traditional restaurant? Our kitchens were again flooded with the aroma of roast suckling lamb, vine shoot embers and that hake or cod we make with so much care.
It was also really exciting to be able to see you wandering around our La Planta estate again – finally! Many of you had written to us in the preceding weeks to find out when you’d be able to discover Arzuaga’s unique spot, and it was a real pleasure to see how impressive you find our ancient holm oak and getting an up-close look at our deer, wild boar and mouflon reserve. And, of course, to see your amazement when you discover the inside of our winery and enjoy our wine tastings!
We were so looking forward to being able to reopen our spa nestled in the vineyards, that very special place where the guests of our five-star hotel have come back to relax after resting in our rooms.
That’s why we’d like to use this post to thank you for joining us in this reopening; it wouldn’t have been possible without you… Thank you very much! We’ll keep going and look forward to welcoming you in the heart of Ribera del Duero.
