Usually, at Arzuaga, we’re used to having you visit us at our stunning location in the heart of Ribera del Duero. Every day, many of you come to our winery to eat, enjoy a tour or just have a glass of wine at our bar. And the truth is that we love being able to stay directly in touch with all of you who decide to come to spend some time at our ‘home’.
But, as you all know, these get-togethers have been impossible lately given the restrictions in place due to the health crisis. But that hasn’t meant that we haven’t wanted to stay in touch with you in another way, using the media we have available to us. In this sense, social media have become our biggest allies. As you know, at Arzuaga, we use this channel to keep you up to date on all the news from the winery, share the vineyard status with you, tell you about the characteristics of our wines… But in this situation, we’ve wanted to take one step further using the Live feature on Instagram Stories.
This way, all of you who already follow the profile @bodegasarzuaga on this social medium will have been able to enjoy the full agenda of get-togethers we’ve broadcast live in recent weeks. Ignacio Arzuaga, the managing director of Bodegas Arzuaga, and Javier Bañales, sales manager and brand ambassador, have been responsible for representing the winery during these events.
First of all, Javier Bañales answered the questions you asked us on social media and he’s also participated in two really interesting chats featuring Ribera del Duero and Arzuaga.
Ignacio Arzuaga, on the other hand, has had his agenda chock-full of activities: virtual tastings, get-togethers with distributors from other countries, with Spanish winemakers… In addition, we also launched the ‘En tu bodega y en la mía’ (‘In your cellar and mine’) initiative with him, featuring chats with experts from different areas of the wine industry. These chats will help you learn more about the great passion we share.
Moreover, Bañales and Arzuaga did a live story together where they shared anecdotes, stories and interesting facts about Bodegas Arzuaga with our followers, giving them a more intimate look at our winery.
