Arzuaga at home… all around the world!

This post is also available in: Español (Spanish)

If you follow our accounts on different social media (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), you probably know that in the normal run of things, before this crisis shook the whole world to its core, the Arzuaga team regularly made trips to different countries. So, recently you might have seen Ignacio Arzuaga and Javier Bañales presenting our wines in Dubai (as we told you about in this post) or in other international destinations such as Denmark, Puerto Rico, Panama, Switzerland…

That’s why now, when half of the world is locked down at home, it’s always exciting for us to see the photos on social media of you in your homes with a bottle of Arzuaga. As Javier Bañales and Javier Herrero told you in our video, while we stay at home, we know that ‘wine moments’ are very welcome in this situation. The moments when you uncork a bottle, pour yourself a glass and relax while you cook, read, enjoy a good meal or simply unwind a bit. And many of you are sending us photos of your ‘wine moments’ from different countries all over the world. Today we’re going to share some examples from various corners:

For example, we received a photo from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from mysibaritas, who says it’s always a good time for enjoying a glass of Spanish red wine. In this case, our Arzuaga Crianza 2016.

From Mexico, Marco Beteta shared his menu suggestion: fish, rice with oxtail and piquillo peppers and suckling pig, all accompanied by our Reserva Especial 2014.

Next, we’re off to New York (virtually, of course), for Ashley Chung’s pairing: Arzuaga Reserva 2009 alongside juicy steak with rosemary potatoes and blood orange salad… Very interesting!

And from the USA we go to Panama, with this photo from Basilio Barros, who chose our Reserva Especial 2010 to wash down this healthy pasta and veg recipe.

We end our short photographic journey in Sochi, Russia, with this appealing suggestion that opted for our Arzuaga Reserva 2015 to accompany a salad with rocket, strawberry, halloumi cheese and balsamic cream.

Once again, we’d like to thank all of you who choose Arzuaga to enjoy nice moments during these difficult days; for us, it’s a pleasure to accompany you. We’ll soon be back to toasting together, but for now… we love seeing you on social media!
