We’re living in very difficult times. And in the restaurant and food industry, we know this all too well as we’re experiencing it first-hand. But we don’t want this to mean that we lose the excitement of enjoying pleasures both large and small. For this reason, we’ve gone back to welcoming everyone who comes to visit us at our complex in Quintanilla de Onésimo with open arms and the same excitement as always. Bodegas Arzuaga is open to everyone and with robust measures in place that will guarantee the safety of both our guests as well as all the employees who make up our team.
Since we decided to reopen after the lockdown in 2020, we’ve fully committed ourselves to follow a strict protocol that will ensure the best health conditions possible. The utmost precautions are not only taken at our hotel but also during tours, tastings and in the restaurants. Our sole aim is for you to come to Arzuaga’s wine tourism complex to enjoy our facilities and Ribera del Duero with peace of mind and the confidence you’ve always felt when you’ve stayed with us, and with the real commitment that we work every day to ensure both your enjoyment and your safety.
For all these reasons, we’d like to give you an inside look at what we’re talking about to show you, via this video, some of the actions we carry out at Bodegas Arzuaga so that you can make the most of your stay at our facilities in total safety.
Of course, the safety protocol starts as soon as you arrive: after walking over a disinfectant mat to disinfect the soles of your shoes, you reach the hotel’s front desk where, after cleaning your hands with sanitizer, our staff will welcome you from behind a transparent screen and take your temperature. Everything you need to check in or do anything else will also be fully disinfected. The restaurant menus will be provided via QR code so you can read them on your mobile phone.
For wine tourism visits, you’ll have hand sanitizer available at the entrance to the site and, during your visit, safety distances will be maintained during tours in small groups.
Finally, we also have masks available for any Hotel Arzuaga guest who may need one. Every kind of amenity is available to protect what’s most important: the safety of our environment. Thanks to the daily work of our team, we can make Bodegas Arzuaga a more than safe place to welcome young and old alike to discover the wonderful world of wine tourism.
