Hello! Welcome to the Taller’s Blog, the gastronomic project of Amaya Arzuaga. We invite you to come into our home. But not only through the interactive corridor with which our restaurant and gastro-bar connects with Bodegas Arzuaga. We want you to also have the option to cross that corridor by accessing this blog, where you will find gastronomy, recipes, tastings and pairings, news… everything that makes up Taller.
But, let’s start by answering the question that is the basis of this blog: What is Taller? Taller is a restaurant in which avant-garde Castilian cuisine is enhanced, based on the products of the land and in which the game of Finca La Planta estate – cradle of the Arzuaga wines – is particularly relevant. Located in the very heart of the Ribera del Duero, Taller offers to their visitors the best view of the vineyards that surround that spot.
The gastronomic offer of Taller results in two menus – with a special attention to details – that can be enjoyed in our restaurant area (Reserva and Gran Reserva), as well as a selection of gastronomic ‘tapas’ offered in our gastro-bar.
But, as you know all those who have visited us, Taller is much more: tastings, private events, tastings, innovation, roots, leading edge, elegance… About all this and the elements that shape and make possible the quality that Taller boasts as a standard we’ll talk on this blog.
